Open ICU Coach and tap "Sign in with Intervals.icu". You'll be redirected to the Intervals.icu OAuth consent screen where you authorize access. Once approved, your data syncs automatically. It takes less than 30 seconds.

Coaches subscribe to a Coach plan, then create invite links from the ICU Coach app. Athletes click the invite link, authorize via Intervals.icu OAuth, and join the coach's team. Coaches can manage their roster from the app or the web dashboard at connect.icucoach.app/dashboard.
Yes. Athletes can disconnect at any time from connect.icucoach.app/manage or from the ICU Coach app's Settings screen under "My Coaches". When disconnected, the coach immediately loses access to your data.
When you delete your profile from the ICU Coach app, the connection is automatically revoked. If you need to manually remove it: go to Intervals.icu → Settings → Apps, find ICU Coach, and click Revoke.
